RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable, including actual shipping costs that are part of a Free Shipping promotion. This means that all costs we incurred to ship the item to you are NOT refundable even if you purchased an item that advertises Free Shipping. The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories.

For any items that are received defective or damaged, Kraft Music will replace the product at no charge to you once the item is returned. If you need the replacement right away, we can set up an Advance Replacement.
