Shipping~We will be happy to combine shipping on multiple items purchased. Please wait for an invoice from us showing the combined purchase price with the correct shipping total. We are normally available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We are located in Oregon on the West coast. Please remember that shipping rates are determined by the U.S. Post Office according to "zones" when leaving feedback. International buyers be aware import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what costs you may be responsible for prior to purchasing.

About Us~We specialize in stainless steel flatware and if you do not find the piece you are searching for just ask, we may be able to find it for you. Most of the items we sell have been discontinued and/or haven't been manufactured for several decades. We find them at many different places and sometimes only one or two at a time. The degree of use varies. We attempt to catch any damage such as bent tines and disposal damage, but sometimes they slip through. We will not intentionally ship damaged items but an expectation of perfect, bright and shiny will sometimes leave you disappointed when dealing with pre-owned flatware. If you are extremely particular about the amount of wear, please ask before making your purchase as we want you to be happy. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
