Combined Shipping:
WE DO COMBINED SHIPPING!  We don't make any money on our shipping fees, so if you order more than one item, we'll combine the shipping to get it to you as cheaply as possible.  In some cases, ordering 2 items will not save on shipping because the 2nd item adds enough weight to push the shipment into a more expensive shipping class.  In this case, we charge you the lower shipping class weight and take the loss on the shipping charge. 

To do combined shipping, order all the items you want.  When you're done selecting your items, send us a message or request an invoice and we'll send you a modified invoice with the best shipping rate we can get for you. 

Shipping Schedule:
We ship the 1st business day after we receive your confirmed payment.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays.  You will receive an email from us at 6:00 PM California (PST) time on the day it ships.  The email will come from Crow Cycle Co.

U.S. Shipments:
First Class mail delivery time is 5 to 7 days after we ship

International Shipments
International shipment delivery times vary greatly, and it depends on the customs agency of your country.

We have seen deliveries arrive in as short as 1 week and take as long as 4 weeks for the same country. 

First Class Mail International provides no tracking information for international shipments.  This is a policy of the US Postal Service.

Priority Mail International provides limited tracking information for international shipments.
