RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please use the same or a similar Bubble Mailer as your product was shipped in and mail it to the address on your invoice.

****DO NOT USE A REGULAR ENVELOPE***

Regular envelopes are processed through Postal machines at high speeds and rings get damaged or torn from the envelope. Even if they are wrapped in bubble wrap inside the envelope.

2. Include a copy of your invoice. Briefly explain if you are returning or would like to exchange an item. If exchanging, please let us know the size you would like. Please check your item listing for size availability.

3. Please use delivery confirmation.
