We supply any accessory associate with mobile phones, such as mains chargers, car chargers, batteries, cases, screen guards, phone holders, fascias.etc basically we have accessories that would cater for any need for our customers and their phones as we have over 200 different products to choose from.

We will post all items in the most appropriate packaging to ensure that they are not damaged on dispatch. Please allow 14 days maximum for dispatch from the date of payment although we dispatched items mostly within two working days after payment is cleared.  Our postage and packaging is FREE.

Due to security reasons we will only ship to the address supplied via PayPal from where the payment has been received.  This is merely a security measure to ensure that eBay members are not potentially defrauded.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded, normally 1- 2 working days but not guaranteed.

Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for,  normally 2 - 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for, normally 3 - 10 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.   Thank you for your understanding.

All purchases will go through eBay secured checkout to ensure that your order is processed without any delays. After you have made your purchase you can either click on 'pay now' or follow the instructions in an automated email that you will receive shortly after your purchase. During the checkout, you can make an immediate payment by PayPal or select an alternative method of payment, and receive the necessary payment details.

 All payments accepted in '£' Sterling only and include VAT on the total purchase cost when using PayPal.

We DO NOT accept payments by cheque.

We can take payment by credit or debit card but not by American Express due to their high handling charges.

We are dedicated towards after sales care and if you have any problems with the product on delivery a full refund will be provided.  However, returns must include all items undamaged, in original condition, original packaging including manuals and warranty forms etc within 7 days.  Please ensure that you include all the relevant details such your eBay id, your email address, the item number and your full contact details otherwise this will result in a delay or your return item not being processed.

Q. How long does delivery normally take?

A. We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving cleared funds (Mon-Fri). You can check feedback comments regarding our fast dispatch. However, items at times maybe delayed due circumstances outside of our control i.e. industrial action by postal services or delays due to international customs.  That is why we state maximum 14 days dispatch, however nearly 99% of items are sent within two working days.

Q. Will you dispatch outside of the United Kingdom?

A. Yes, we do dispatch items abroad.  Please note that this will incur additional charges so please contact us before making payment.

Q. What happens if my item is faulty?

A. Please contact us immediately as we may be able to resolve the problem for you.  We offer exchanges or refunds if faults are reported within seven days of dispatch.

Q. What happens if my item doesn't arrive?

A. In very rare occasions Royal Mail loses an item, for an item to be established as lost we must wait 15 days from the dispatch date.
