Being offered for sale is a Motorola MTX838 Hand Held 800MHz Radio. This Motorola radio is used and shows cosmetic blemishes and signs of moderate wear from use but has been tested and works great! The bandsplit of the radio is 803-868MHz. Capable of 16 conventional channels or 1 Motorola Analog Type II Trunking systems with 15 talkgroups. This radio can be programmed to 12.5k NARROW BAND!
This radio also makes a great 16 channel analog scanner!
You will also get the 800MHz Dipole antenna and a used battery with no guarantee on life. There is no charger provided but you can buy them here on Ebay cheap!
This radio also scans! It take the same accessories as the popular HT1000, MT2000, MTS2000 radios!

Payments
PAYPAL ONLY. Payments are expected within 24 hours of auction/sale close. If you are picking up the purchased item in person, you may use cash.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-negotiable. We only ship within the lower 48 United States unless otherwise stated in the listing. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business day after receipt of cleared payment, however delays may be possible if item is bought on the weekend or during holidays. Shipping takes place only on normal business days (Monday-Friday).
Most items we sell will be shipped Flat rate USPS Priority mail. If the item cannot be shipped via Flat Rate USPS Mail, the shipping is calculated by the items size, weight and cost of the box. Please NOTE: If the item is too large or too heavy for USPS shipping, we may use UPS or FedEx for shipping. Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. Orders will be shipped to the buyers registered address with Paypal. Please do not ask for shipments to other locations (drop Shipments).
International Buyers
We are not responsible for any import tax at your country. Any additional charges, import duties or taxes for customs clearance at your country must be paid by you the buyer. Do NOT ask us to send items as a gift and/or mark them at a lower value than what the actual value is. WE WILL NOT DO THAT! We also cannot guarantee shipping to other countries. I STRONGLY suggest purchasing insurance and it may be required depending on the item being sold.
Warranty
We do offer 7 day warranty on almost everything we sell! We guarantee that the item you purchased will arrive as described in the listing. The warranty is for an exchange only, and covers your item if it breaks during shipping, (dead on arrival) or you were sent the wrong item by mistake. IF an exchange cannot be made, we may offer you a merchandise credit or a refund at our descresion.
Returns
Please do not return any items without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused! We reserve the right to repair or replace the same item or refund the purchase price at our discretion. All Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with all original contents and components with prior authorization. Returned items must be unmodified and in the same condition as they were when received. Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay shipping to send replacement back if applicable.
