Shipping Policy

At Frymark Lawn & Garden we strive to ship orders the same day if possible, and 98% of all orders are shipped within 1 business day. Being located at the center of the country in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, we are able to reach both coasts typically within 3 business days. This means that orders shipping to New York City or Los Angeles are likely arrive in 3-6 business days using standard shipping methods. We are open Monday-Friday, from 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time; please take into consideration Weekends and Holidays when ordering. We also offer USPS Express or FedEx Overnight services for those who are in need of the item in a hurry. And of course, all standard shipments are FREE!

Exceptions:

At this time we are only able to ship within the Continental United States, we DO NOT offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Due to our shipping carrier, FedEx, we are UNABLE to ship to P.O. Boxes, AFO or FPO addresses.  Please ensure that you select a physical shipping address during checkout.

Currently, we are UNABLE to ship internationally.

Immediate Payment is required on all Buy-It-Now items. Auctions Won require payment within 5 business days. Any item where payment is not received within 5 business days is subject to a cancellation request and relisting.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise purchased from Frymark Lawn & Garden for a refund, replacement or exchange, provided that the procedures referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns require a Return Authorization Number Form (RA). A RA number must be requested within 45 days after the purchase date, and will be valid for 14 days after issued.

Refunds
Items returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and will be credited in the same way that payment was received (PayPal). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt and email notification of progress will be provided along the way. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may be applied for erroneous orders and/or “buyer’s remorse” purchases. This is to help offset the cost of shipping and other fees.

Exchanges
If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your purchased item for a different item, the purchase price can be applied to the new item. In the case there is a difference in price, an invoice/credit can be sent via PayPal. You may also consider purchasing the desired item and returning the original item for a refund, so as to expedite the process. Exchanges are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt.

Defective Items
An, item that has been discovered to be defective upon receipt can be returned for a replacement for the same model, a different model, or a refund. Replacement items are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced with a unit of original quality (items purchased new will be replaced with new units).

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our items, but understand that damage can occur in transit. If a shipment is received damaged, please contact Frymark Lawn & Garden within 2 business days of receipt to start the claim process ASAP. An item received damage will be replaced with the same model only.

Return Shipping
Instructions for returning an item will be provided with the RA Form. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If a replacement is required for a defective/damaged item, we will certainly cover the cost of shipping back to you.

Returning Items
Please contact us via eBay messages for a RA Form. Upon receipt, fill in all requested information, follow additional return instructions and be sure to include the RA Form with the return. All returned items must be in the condition it was received and include original packaging, instruction books, accessories, etc. Unauthorized returns or returns missing the authorization form will be refused.

Warranty
While Frymark Lawn & Garden offers a 60-day return policy with all items purchased; all of our items are also covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty unless otherwise stated. For additional information, including terms, please refer to the individual item description or User Manual. A Manufacturer’s Warranty entitles you to take your defective item to an Authorized Warranty Repair Center locally for repairs. Our customer service representatives can assist you in locating your nearest Authorized Repair Center.

Acceptable Use Policy
We assume that most items will receive some wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticeably more wear-and-tear or misuse and abuse will be exempt from all warranty and refund agreements. This includes but is not limited to: UPC/Serial number removal, heat/water damage, intentional tampering or any other action that would void the Manufacturers Limited Warranty. Items returned must be complete and contain all parts originally included.
