Ceramic base is in Excellent Shape with No Cracks or Chips

Parts include; Heavy Ceramic Base, Heating Element, Removable Power Cord, 2 Drip Pan inserts, Support Rod and Grill Rack

Manufactured by Contempra Industries in Tinton Falls, NJ. Model #ECB-25. 825 Watts.

It works great.  You can see it getting orange in pic #3. 

It is about 11 3/4" in diameter.  It stands about 5" tall and weighs about 9 lbs.
