In our warehouse, in the UK and will be despatched within two working days...wherever possible the same day!
1. Post & Packing ~ We always try to offer a selection of postal services. Please allow enough time for your parcel to arrive before contacting us. According to Royal Mail 1st class post now take 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday only) from despatch and 2nd class post 3 to 6 working days. If you you want your parcel insured during transit please choose either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery when making payment, both services will require a signature upon delivery.
2. Payment ~ We only ever accept payment by PayPal. Please make payment within 3 days of the auction ending.
3. Delivery address ~ We will only despatch items to the address supplied to us by PayPal with your payment for obvious security reasons. We cannot accept alternative addresses sent by seperate email. If you require delivery to an alternative address be sure to register this at PayPal and then chose when making payment. We only despatch to UK addresses and do not offer a collection service ~ Sorry.
4. Feedback ~ All our feedback is generated on our behalf by ebay. When you happy with your purchase please leave positive feedback and 5 stars and the system will automatically return the compliment.
5. Problems ~ If you have a problem with your purchase please be kind enough to contact us via the ebay message system prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback as we will always go that extra mile to resolve any issues.
