Good news – The Urban Pioneers is now accepting
returns!It is significant that every
customer is satisfied with their purchase and it is understood that sizes can
vary so much from different brand manufacturers so it is only fair that The
Urban Pioneers cooperates.This new
policy is effective starting on May 19, 2013.Any transactions prior to that date are not eligible for return.There a few things to know about this new
policy; so what are they?
1. 1. 14-Day
Return Policy.After the 14th
day following the date when the buyer receives the item(s), returns cannot be
accepted.
2.2. The Urban Pioneers must be notified, through
eBay, of the desired return of an item and the reason for the return.Await response or approval from The Urban
Pioneers before proceeding with the return.
3.3. Responsibility of return shipping expenses belong
to the customer.The Urban Pioneers will
NOT pay for return shipping; the only exceptions to that rule are in the case
of a listing error or wrong item sent.
4.4. Full reimbursement shall only be granted once
the item(s) has been returned and inspected.
