Made by Llaves Telegraficas Artesanas, Model "GMM" Polished Brass on a wooden base.  These are no longer made - last year of production was 2009.  This is a single lever "cootie" key - not a bug or iambic paddle - if you do not know what a "cootie key" is, do a Google search - lots of information available.  Includes the original box - I just have too many keys and need to thin out the heard.
