4. Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days, Monday-Friday excl. public holidays, of receipt of (cleared) payment. eCheque orders will be held until the payment has cleared. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday.

b: ePacket delivery from Hong Kong (US) / Standard Shipping from China/Hong Kong/Taiwan to worldwide (non US): this option provides a shipping discount for additional items purchased (USD3.90 for the first item and only USD1.00 for each additional item) and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel is shipped.

Returns/Refunds
