Please click on Ebay's request invoice AFTER you have completed your shopping to ask for a combined invoice, if you DO NOT ask for a combined invoice and you pay for each item separately there WILL NOT be a refund.
We invoice you a.s.a.p. during the day, and also do invoicing after 6:00 p.m.
We Ship your order the same day Monday thru Friday if your item is paid by 3:00 p.m. e.s.t. and Saturdays if paid by 1:00 p.m. e.s.t.
If your item is paid after the times posted it will be mailed immediately on the next business day. If it is paid for on Saturday after 1:00 p.m. e.s.t. it will be mailed on Monday.
We know these are time sensitive and will ship them Immediately after the item is paid.
Please re-frain if you can from contacting us to ask us to ship immediately, this can hold up the shipping process, as we have to stop and check messages.

All Shipping is completed at 3:00 e.s.t. I keep track of all orders shipped via Stamps.com. Once in awhile, a buyer claims to never have received an item. If you contact me regarding your order not received. I will now wait for the post office to return the item to me, before issuing refunding or resending the same item if I have them in stock.
This can take over 10 business days for an item to be returned to me. If I do receive the item back, I will refund or resend your item once I receive it back. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail by the U.S.P.S.
