Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays , Sundays or Bank holidays).
All items will be shipped by tracked service through Royal Mail and will take up to 4 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive to the shipping address (MAINLAND UK addresses only).
Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to our customer. Transit commitments are provided by Royal Mail.
We only dispatch to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple items using PayPal. Payment will be refunded (PayPal payment) for unacceptable multiple orders, and in addition those orders will also be cancelled from eBay.
If there is a sizeable delay in your items arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 7 working days after payment before contacting us.

7 Days Money Back Guarantee
We understand buying jewellery the traditional way versus buying jewellery online is very different. Through traditional outlets, you can feel and wear the jewellery before making your purchase decision. That’s why if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you must return the item within 7 days. All items being returned for a refund must be returned within 7 days with the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Original packaging includes: the jewellery box, the item itself with its tag, and the packing slip. In case, we determine that the product has been used or packaging not included, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Return process
Customers are responsible for return shipping with original packaging included, and sufficient outer packaging to protect the unit in transit. Please remember to obtain and keep proof of postage when you send the item back. Items received back damaged or with missing components will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we received your return. Refund methods will be in the same way we received your payment. Pay-pal and credit cards will be refunded back to your account

On very rare cases, mistakes do happen on shipping, when this happens, please contact us and we will determine whether or not we will incur the return/exchange shipping fees; However, Shipping and handling fees can be refundable, but only if there is an error with the dispatch process. |
