We provide fast shipping direct to your door using fully trackable courier systems including Australia Post and Toll Ipec. All items we send are fully trackable for peace of mind.
Using our shipping grid below exact shipping costs are listed according to postcode, it is important that on check out you pay the correct postage rate to prevent a delay in processing your order.
Once payment is received all orders are dispatched within a 24 hour period. Delivery usually occurs within 2-4 days unless you are located in a regional area which can take longer.
Transit Postage Insurance can be purchased, please contact us for a quote if this is required.
For Large Items such as Kayaks, Paddleboards and Softboards a contact phone number and a physical address (No PO Box) must be provided for these items to be shipped.

Safety requirements of using a Kayak, Paddleboard and Water Vessel.
When using any water vessel it is important to follow some basic safety information as follows:
Always use an approved life jacket when on the water and ensure that all equipment is in good working order
Check the weather conditions before you go out. Be aware of water temperature and prepare for changes in weather conditions. Beware of off shore winds that can make for difficult conditions to return to shore
Let someone know where you are going, where you are leaving from and when you are planning to return. Where possible always travel in a group to maximise safety
If your vessel capsizes then make sure you stay with it. A vessel can be spotted more easily than a person when on the water
Suitable clothing is important for the conditions. Ensure that your outer layer of clothing is watertight. In warm weather sun protection can be provided from a long sleeve shirt
Make sure you are visible to other boaters as your vessel sits low on the water
To avoid losing your paddle attach it to your vessel
Never consume any alcohol whilst using a kayak, paddleboard or water vessel
Always use your common sense at all times and follow safety regulations
Learn proper paddling techniques from a qualified instructor, basic first aid and water safety
Always carry plenty of food and water to keep hydrated
Paddling can be dangerous in the ocean and rivers so always wear a helmet
Kayak Fishing can be a dangerous sport and can result in injury or death

Refund or exchange, including the return postage charges will be issued once the item has been tested. Once assessed we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3.The warranty will be void if products are misused, modified or used in a manner not intended. This includes damage caused by misuse, impact, normal wear and tear, improper storage or handling, if the board is left in direct sunlight or hot conditions or any other damage caused except for major defects in original materials or workmanship.

4. Warranty is void if any alteration, repair or modification is made to any part of the product.

5. Damage or breakage caused in surf conditions including in waves or shore break will not be covered including breakage.

6. Warranty will not be covered if care conditions are not followed.

DELIVERY

1. Weekend Warrior Outdoors is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft to any product during shipping where a customer has not taken out transit insurance in respect to these occurrences. A customer must pay for transit insurance as an optional extra.

2. A product will be delivered to the address specified on checkout and we take no liability for incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer. This item can not be posted to a PO Box, a physical address is required.
