New 8 pole push-on push-off switch with sealed contacts.  The part number is TA8UEE, made by E-Switch. Exact replacement for the common Schadow switches used on hundreds of outboard gear models, tape machines, mixing consoles, etc. (This is the older, "larger" switch type.)

The switch contacts are rated .5A @ 100VAC, .2A @ 250VAC, 1A @ 25VDC.
