are normally dispatched on the same day if cleared payment is received
before 12 noon, all other orders are normally dispatched the next business day after receipt of payment.
After Bank Holidays, dispatch may be delayed by 1 day.
Our business days and times are; Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm and exclude Bank Holidays.
Please note that delivery times shown above are from day of dispatch not day of order.
We
will only deliver to the delivery address that is stated on your Ebay
account. If an alternative delivery address is required, you can change
this address or add an alternative address within your Ebay account but
this must be done before purchase.
If
delivery
is by courier, please make sure someone is available to
receive the delivery. Normally the courier will leave a card when a
delivery attempt is made. The courier will normally attempt delivery a
second time but if that fails they will return the parcel to us which
will incur a charge for resending. The parcel will be considered as
delivered if it has been left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the
delivery address.
If
delivery is by Royal Mail, once again please make sure someone is
available to receive the parcel. Most of our products will not fit
through a standard size letter box and if a Royal Mail delivery attempt
fails, they will normally just take the parcel back to the local sorting
office. They DO NOT always leave a card notifying you of the failed
delivery. So, if you feel a delivery is delayed, please contact your
sorting office (not Post Office) in the first instance. The parcels are
normally held at the sorting office for 15 days before being returned to
us.
If an item goes missing we are obliged by Royal Mail to wait the following lengths of time before pursuing a claim;
UK deliveries, First and Second class – 15 working days, Air Mail – 25 working days.
Vinyl Application Guide - Fitting Instructions
Sheet
vinyl or vinyl decals/lettering can be applied by either a wet method
or dry method. Generally, the easiest form of application is the wet
method and is chosen because it allows movement of the vinyl on the
application surface, allows easier removal of air bubbles and reduces
risk of creasing. The method is as follows;
You
need: spray type bottle filled with a mixture of a few drops of washing
up liquid and water, an application squeegee, preferably with a felt
edge and a craft knife.
The
application surface must be completely clean. You need to remove any
dirt / wax / polish that is on the surface. An alcohol based cleaner is
ideal. Any form of dirt/dust/polish left on the application surface will
prevent the vinyl being applied properly.
Peel off the paper backing from the vinyl sheet.
Generously spray the STICKY side of the vinyl sheet AND the application surface with the mixture of water and washing up liquid.
Place
the vinyl into position on the application surface. The water and
washing up liquid mixture will allow you time to slide the
vinyl/graphics into the correct position.
When
you are happy with the positioning, hold one end of the vinyl sheet (or
application tape if applying lettering or graphics) and, with the
squeegee, slowly ‘stroke’ the vinyl from the centre outwards. This
should push most of the water mix out from under the vinyl/graphics. It
is better if the non sticky side of the vinyl is also wetted during this
process to help avoid any scratching or marking from the squeegee.
Allow the vinyl to dry for about 24 hours to ensure best bonding.
