1988 Rickman Ranger

Fiber glass body galvanised chassy.

Based on Mark 2 Ford Escort Running Gear.

 

White weller steel wheel, currently I have wheel trims on as they need painting.

 

New heavy duty lower track rod arms, new track rod ends, new radiator, new rear tyres, new rear brakes shoes and cylinders and a few other things I can’t remember.

 

Engine Ford Cortina 2.0 ohc, very good oil pressure and good compression, head gasket just been redone no wear in the bores. Could do with the valve seals renewing a little smoke on start up.

 

Four seats the rear ones have a rally type harness, safe for children.

 

At the moment fitted with a 3 speed automatic gearbox.

 

Paint has faded and is a red/ brown could do with a respray.

 

Very little stress marks on the body.

Full genuine Rickman interior panels and build manual.

Escort Mark 2 Sports Dash

Has been on the road until end of June but SORN due to buying another car.

Included in the sale five speed gear box, complete with all ancillaries to bolt back in the car (thought I’d have it automatic), spare rear axel, fuel tank, body, glass, heater motor and more. However these are located in South Wales and collection would need to be arranged.

 

Reason for sale, due to new job no longer having time to work on it.
