How to return an item to us:
- Click on "My eBay" on the top of eBay
- On the left hand side click "Purchase History".
- Locate the transaction, and on the right side of it you will see "More Actions" click that little arrow and select "Return this item".
- Please select exactly why you are returning the item accurately or it will delay the process.
- Please add a detailed description what the issue / problem is to help us process you faster.
- A label will be provided to ship the item back to us.
- Mail the item back to us with this label. When we get the product a refund will be issued once the item is inspected.
Contact us immediately through your eBay item page, or call us at 516-541-2114 (Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm). Please have your eBay item# handy.
Please do not ship an item back to us without contacting us first. This will delay the return process, and that's the last thing we want if you're already unhappy with your order. When returning an item, please package it securely. Please also use First Class Mail through the Post Office with tracking, and add as much information inside the package as possible to help us process you quickly.
Any item returned that has been altered in anyway will not be accepted, and will be considered an attempt at fraud, of which local law enforcement will be notified. |
