The Founders

Miracle Cushion was founded by husband and wife team David and Nadine Malpas. As personal friends of the inventors of the incredible column buckling cushioning technology David and Nadine recognized the huge potential of these cushions and could clearly see the benefits they would bring to so many people suffering pain while sitting. Nadine has since passed away and David has involved some of his adult children in various capacities to help run and grow the business in the US and in Australia.

Shipping Policy

Miracle Cushion uses UPS Ground, or USPS Parcel Post, or USPS Priority International Mail in most cases unless a specific expedited request is made. We ship to you in the most cost effective manner. Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska can take several weeks as they ship by sea even though they are "domestic" deliveries.

You will be provided a tracking number for which you can access at www.ups.com or www.usps.com to see the progress of your order at any time.

Domestic US deliveries

We use UPS Ground, or on occasion, USPS Standard for all deliveries within the United States. These services will have your product at your door in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited delivery, overnight or 2-3 days, is at additional charge, at whatever it costs us. We do not add to shipping charges or charge a handling fee.

Please note that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska can take 2 weeks, or possibly more, due to sea shipping. UPS or USPS Standard Ground does not air freight to these states.
