Shipping: Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders made before 03:00 PM and have cleared payment received for are dispatched the very same day! We do not refund postage cost if you send back the item to us. We only refund postage If an item is faulty or wrong item sent and in this case you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the faulty item. All our items are checked before dispatch we will send you the tracking number if we send an item by recorded delivery or courier if an item has to be returned it must be in the original packaging and returned in the same condition it was sent in. if we think an item has been worn then we will not refund at all.refunds will only be given when we have received the item back from you and checked.
