I did NOT make this! recently found at a London film fair this is a freestanding fullsized helmet as seen in the Dalek Movie complete with a stiff handled whip and is possible to wear the helmet too! ! It is a wonderfully sturdy item and the when laid corrected can stand the head upright for dispaly-it will be well wrapped and sent signed for postage
