Combatibility —— Buyers in North & South America please check your console/game compatibility before purchasing and PAL format consoles/games. NO returns are accepted if product is incompatible with your consoles/games
Description —— I try my best to describe my items as accurately as possible. All games & consoles are in perfect working condition unless otherwise stated; however, I cannot guarentee that all of my games will work on every single console, especially the ones with dirty lenses.
Communication —— I aim to answer all appropriate questions within 24 hours, on rare occasions may be some delay, but please be patient as your queries will be dealt with the soonest I could. Please pay or give the intention to pay within 4 days after winning the item. An unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically if the payment have not been received within 4 days and no appropriate explaination has been given.
Shipping —— Due to work commitments, local collection is not offered for any of our auctions. I do my best to get the items packed as securely as possible and post them as quickly as I can in order for them to reach you the fastest; and I always retain proof of postage for all of my items in order to prove when & where your item has been posted as well as preventing fraud. Normally items are posted within 3 business days as stated in all listings. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, I will be more than happy to assist you to make a claim. Return Policy —— Item can only be returned if found faulty or you received wrong product, I am happy to refund you in full + return postage if item has been returned in the original condition within 10 working days from the day of purchase; but I cannot take responsibility if item is lost in the post when return.
