If you require a more secure method of postage than our standard 2nd class for UK orders and airmail small packet for overseas orders then please contact us BEFORE payment. Overseas delivery can take up to a month depending on your location so please be patient!

We have made every attempt to convey the colours with accuracy, but as computer screens do vary it is possible that the colours of the print you receive may look a little different to those on your computer. We cannot refund or replace prints for this reason but we can assure you that we are personally happy with every print that we send out.

We leave a white boarder of approximately 1cm around the edge of the print – which is IN ADDITION to the image size, which is A3. The exact measurement of this white boarder can vary slightly and the picture may not be exactly central in the boarder though it is usually pretty accurate.

If you are not framing the picture and are concerned about this please email us when you buy and we will either make sure your print has an even white boarder, or we can alternatively chop the white boarder off completely, however be warned a very small amount of the print will be lost on each side and will therefore make the image a little smaller than A3.
