An absolutely gorgeous late 60s or early 70s dress. It's made of 100% Calico cotton and is trimmed with crotchet lace. It has a high collar and high fitted bodice, both are trimmed with lace. The dress flares out below the bodice and is tiered, the tiers are also lace trimmed. There are short puff sleeves which are trimmed with matching lace. It is fastened with a long central zip at the back. The label states that it is Laura Ashley, made in Wales, so it was made at the original Laura Ashley factory. The colour is white, (not a bright white, but whiter than off white) and the last photo shows the same dress in cream which was exhibited at the Laura Ashley Exhibition of her vintage clothes in Bath. The dress is a size 14, but vintage sizes are smaller so please check the measurements below. This is a really beautiful dress and these are quite hard to find in this condition. It's a heavy dress hence the postage cost. Will come freshly laundered and line dried from a clean, pet-free, smoke-free home. You will not be disappointed!
