Payment:
We have a straightforward policy. ONLY WIRE TRANSFERS or CASH IN PERSON/CERTIFIED CHECKS will be accepted to release a vehicle from Platinum Leasing of Orlando. Before a vehicle is released, we need the funds to be in our bank account and cleared. We recommend if you want to come to our dealership to pick up your car then you should wire transfer the funds before you come. Although banks claim that a wire transfer is instant, it can in some cases take anywhere from 24-36 hours for a wire to showup in your account. Personal and business checks will not be accepted under any circumstance unless they are local checks in the Orlando market.
We will also not release a car until all of the original paperwork has been signed. If you are trading in a vehicle, we will also need to have a clear title prior to releasing your new vehicle. We want your purchase to be as smooth as possible, so please contact us will be more than happy to assist with your transaction.
Fees & Taxes
Please note that there is a $299 documentation fee on every vehicle sale and all title fees are billed COD if you live in Florida. We collect sales tax for Florida buyers; out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county & city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Certified check or money order, bank wire transfer, 3rd-party financing, or cash in-person.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Platinum Leasing of Orlando within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction, or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to sell the vehicle off of eBay to a showroom customer in the event that a deposit is not received within the stated time period, if a deal was completed in the dealer showroom before we accepted a bid/offer, or if there is no response from a winning bidder within the time stated.
