Shipping
Please note that all orders are shipped in no more than 2 business days and typically in 1 from our USA offices. All orders are sent via United States Postal service International Priority Mail at www.usps.com for tracking.
Exchange Policy
If you have an exchange of your Happy Feet you need to send them to us at the address below. We will send them back to you on an exchange at no charge, but remember that you must pay to ship them to us. We do not accept worn slippers for exchange.
Return Policy
You may return your Happy Feet slippers within 75 days of purchase for credit. All returns are subject to inspection and must have a receipt or website trackable order number. All returns are subject to inspection for excessive use or wear and we will credit the original purchasers account. We do not accept worn slippers for return unless deemed defective by manufacturing.
Simply send the item back with the original packing slip or order information in the package and ask for a credit.

Cleaning Instructions
Happy Feet are a delicate item. To clean them you need to try a lint brush first, but if they require more cleaning try to hand wash with a light detergent and air dry to protect the colors.
