1. When will my parcel be delivered
Deliveries are typically made the next working day after the parcel has been shipped. All goods leave our warehouse at 14.30 each day. Orders after this time will go out the next working day Monday to Friday.Please be advised items dispatched out on a friday will arrive on monday as saturday deliveries are a extra chargeable service. The product will be delivered between 07.30-17.30 (a timed delivery before 12.00 is available at £16 extra charge
2. My parcel has not arrived, what do I do now
Use the track and trace number to determine where the parcel is
3. Can I have a delivery on Saturday
Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday, however you can upgrade the delivery to a Saturday if this is more convenient for you. This service is a £29.00 per item
4. Can I change the date of delivery
Please inform us which day you wish us to ship the item and we will hold until then.
5. I will not be at home, can you leave the parcel for me in a safe location
The parcel must be signed for and cannot be left otherwise
6. Can you leave my parcel with my neighbour
You can arrange for us to leave the deliver to a neighbour. Please be aware that we can only delivery to a neighbour within the same post code and within 2 houses of yours
7. Can you deliver my parcel to a different address
The delivery address we use is the one on your ebay account, this cannot be changed once the payment has been made.We are obliged to send to this address in accordence with ebay and paypal regulations. If you wish to change you can call before paying, so we can ammend manually the address, we will also require payment made direct to ACE UK TRADING while on the phone with a debit or credit card.
Please dont sent messages on email or paypal with a change of address we cannot ammend in this manor
8. Can I collect from the depot
If City Link as attempted a delivery and you have been left a calling card you can arrange to collect from the depot . If they have not yet attempted to deliver you are unable to do this as the parcel will still be out for delivery.

10. Can I change my delivery day
once the parcel as left ACE UK TRADING we are unable to stop the delivery day, as its all automated

This sometimes happens depending on the driver but is rare, most drivers do take a picture of the door they have atemped to deliver to, also the delivery vans have GPS tracking. Another reason why we use City Link
11. I have received my parcel and it is damaged

12. How do I return my parcel
Returns are at the cost and arrangement of the buyer if their is nothing wrong with the machine

ACE UK TRADING does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but from time to time damage do occurs. In the 1st instance you must contact us detailing the damage, please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose of the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will deal with this matter in the same day..
