Please bear in mind that at busy times Royal Mail/Courier’s may take slightly longer to deliver, and this delivery time should not be reflected in our detailed seller ratings.
As per Royal Mail’s policy, an item is not considered as lost until after 15 business days. If you do not receive your item we will issue a full refund 15 business days after dispatch date.
We can provide proof of posting for all items.
Return Policy: If the item is not as described in the listing, or arrives damaged, I will accept a return. Please do not take offence if we ask for photographic proof of the damaged item.

We charge for postage AND PACKAGING. Please bear this in mind as we do have to cover costs for packaging materials.
