Refunds

In line with your rights as a buyer we offer a 14 day right to cancel window. This means you have the right to return your item within 14 days from the day of receiving your item. To return your item, for whatever reason, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number via eBay's messaging service. We will then allocate you an RMA number along with further instruction of how to return your item. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost to ship your item back to us and we would receommend using a service that insures the consignment to its entire value. We would also recommend obtaining proof of posting which you should retain until your refund is received. Refunds shall be issued via the original method of payment (PayPal) within 3 working days of your item being received by our returns department.
