All items are made by myself to a very high standard.

 

All seams are professionally over locked to prevent fraying.

 

All envelope backed covers have a deep cream natural cotton envelope back opening for easy removal and washing.

 

I recommend using a 16” or an 18” inner pad (not included in sale) for full plumpness.

 

Please note pattern placement may vary due to the run of fabric.

 

I aim to dispatch within 1 working day from payment clearance.  All items are sent with a certificate of posting.

Payment must be received within seven days of purchase unless you provide me with a reason as to why the payment is delayed.

Items That Are Lost In Post.

I mostly use Royal Mail - there is usually no problem but Royal Mail have been known to loose the odd parcel from time to time.

I always let the buyer know when the item has been shipped, and I always retain a proof of postage which in the event of non-delivery can be emailed to the buyer upon request.

If after allowing sufficient time the goods do not arrive then please contact me, in the first instance, and I will do my best to resolve the problem.  Please note that ALL claims for items not received are passed to Royal Mail for investigation.
