A Smiths Military W10 Watch with new grey strap. NSN W10/6645-99-961-4045, it also has the stamp 0421/67 which I assume is the serial number and the date of 1967.

 

This has just been serviced and had a new glass fitted by a highly reputable restorer. This hand wind watch works well and is sold as a collector’s piece. I am told it will not be very waterproof any more so best not use it deep sea diving.
