THIS IS A VINTAGE PATCH FROM THE APOLLO 11 MISSION, 4" ACROSS EXCELLENT CONDITION - RARE This is a high quality original vintage cloth back patch. It came from the estate of a NASA employee who collected these through the 60's and 70's. High quality embroidery on black twill. This vintage bare cloth backed patch with a distinctively greenish lunar surface is apparently the first design to have been produced by AB Emblem. It is commonly seen in small embroidered commemorative presentations produced for the Needle Painters Guild.
