In the unlikely event that you may have received an item that is defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement of the same kind to you straight away. Customers must return items at their own cost. Whilst a recorded delivery may not be necessary, we would strongly suggest that a 'certificate of posting' should be obtained from the post office when returning goods.
WE CAN NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR SEND OUT ANY REPLACEMENTS UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED BACK THE ORIGINAL ITEM.
In the unlikely event that a package should go missing, Royal Mail stipulates that both the sender and receiver must allow 15 working days to pass before a report of a lost package can be made.
