I provide excellent customer service throughout the sale. I make it my business to reply to all enquires within 24 hours and remain in constant contact with the buyer until the tickets arrive safely.
I only ever sell tickets I actually own and all tickets can be traced back to me.
If I have not yet received the tickets from the promoters, I will provide the email confirmation I received from the company as proof of purchase.
Payment
I accept payment by either Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order.
If not making instant payment please ensure you email me within 24 hours of making your purchase with information on when and how you will be paying, otherwise I may consider you a non-paying bidder and, in that case, re-list your tickets. Ireland & UK Delivery Tickets will be sent to you by Registered Mail, ensuring that they will arrive with you the very next working day after posting [Ireland] and insuring your purchase against loss in transit. Tracking number available on request. E-tickets will be sent via email. International Delivery Overseas buyers are equally welcome to buy - but please ensure before you do so that you are able to make payment by one of the above methods.
