★ Actual colors of items may vary slightly due to lighting set-up and/or monitor resolution and settings.
★ Actual measurements may vary. 1-2 inches difference is normal due to manual measurement.
★ Any use of a trademark or brand name is for the purpose of describing the goods being offered only, and should not in any way infer directly or indirectly any affiliation with the owner of these trademarks or brand names.
We wish to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Should there be problem/concern with the purchased item, defective, wrong shipment, etc. - please inform us immediately so we could work on it and have it replaced or refunded before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We will gladly accept returns as long as the return meets the following requirements:
1. The purchased item/s should be returned within 7 calendar days upon receipt.
2. The purchased item/s should not be used and not damaged in any way and should be in its original packaging.
3. Actual items measured with 1-2 inches difference are considered allowable. Miscalculation of size is not applicable for return.
5. Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if an item is applicable for return.
6. Shipping costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event of an error is on our part (e.g. our delivered item/s do not match your order on record), we shall bear the shipping return cost.
