Extremely rare TESTED & WORKING S100 Northstar Horizion with software
48k including software V5.2, V5.1 and CP/M. Also includes 4 Basic games disks. Similar and works with IMSAI and ALTAIR boards. Excellent TESTED & WORKING condition with 48k all Northstar boards including Northstar V5.1, V5.2, CP/M and 4 basic games disk to be used with V5.2 This also includes a converter board to allow the Northstar "hard to find" hard sector floppies and will also use "easy to find" soft sector disks and it automatically detects the type floppy without any special commands. You won't know the difference. This system has some sort of modification with a switch in the back (see pictures). I will work with the switch in any position. The games look like the were taken from the 101 Basic Computer Games book. This is all 1970s tech except for the floppy converter board, VGA monitor and RS232 to VGA converter box. The wood cover has some damage. Most get damaged in shipping so even though this damaged it will be shipped in it's own box to prevent further damage - Northstar ZPU board, S100. - Socketed - Northstar HRAM3 32k board, S100. - Socketed - Northstar 16k RAM board with manual, S100. - Socketed - Northstar assembled floppy disk controller board, S100 - Socketed - 2 Tandon 100-2A floppy drives, one has an IBM face. V5.2 disk includes 2 RAM TEST programs. 1 that loads at 3000h and the other that loads at 5000h. We have run both test and included a screen shot of the 3000h test. This includes a color VGA monitor, keyboard and RS232 to keyboard & VGA converter box currently setup for VT100 commands. The games will be on soft sector floppies. There will be a master hard sector floppy with V5.2, V5.1 and CPM this software will also be on soft sector disks. We have many other software disks but not all tested and don't know how they run or work. This software is NOT included. We can talk depending on the software you want. No docs on any of this all though some disks have some docs or readme files on them. Some of what we have is: - REVASM - Reverse Assembler - Wordstar - MicroPlan - Pascal - Fortran - Macro Assembler Please allow 2 to 5 days for final testing and packaging time.
