This is an unique ambrotype, also known as wet plate collodion on glass, the process invented in 1851. It is unique piece of art. As you see it, on the glass plate, it exist only in one copy.

The size of the glass plate is 8x12" or 20x25cm.  I'm listing this piece to partly finance my photo-book and my vlog. I've made the making of video explaining where, how and most importantly why I do this kind of photography. I invite you to view it on my blog:

My name is Borut Peterlin, an artist from Slovenia, EU and I've been thought the process by the famous process historian Mark Osterman, from George Eastman House, Rochester, USA.
