Up for sale is a Squier Affinity Jazzmaster with upgrades. 

This is a great playing guitar.  The base model Affinity Jazzmaster is a lot of guitar for the money but the previous owner put in some serious work.  The pickups and wiring have been upgraded as have the tuners.  In the bridge is an Iron Gear Steamhammer.  Iron Gear are very popular replacement pickups due to their high quality but affordable price.  They are great value and have great tone.  The neck has a hot humbucker sized 'Firebird' style pickup and both are splittable for singlecoil tones.  The pots are 1Meg to retain clarity and the tuners are a decent set of black locking units.  The action is low at around 1mm at the 12th fret. 

All in all this is a great guitar for little money that I will be sad to see go but I don't play it enough.  That having been said if it doesn't sell I won't mind.  There are no cracks or dings to the finish, just the normal pick scratches that would probably easily polish out.  To avoid drilling new holes the tuners were fitted at a slight angle towards the player (I actually think this makes tuning easier) which is worth mentioning.  To be honest I think the neck is very nice and is probably nearly worth the asking price alone.  Please remember the asking price includes shipping.

Therefore it will be first come first served after the auction ends unless you arrange it before hand.  Please note that the guitars I sell have been set up to my to my preferences or left with the factory set up.  You may need to adjust them to your liking.  This instrument is in full working order but it has been stored and only played occasionally.  Although not present at the time of listing sometimes electrics can crackle and require cleaning with switch cleaner.  Particularly after shipping.
