Category 01: UnBoxed

  • The products under this category are the products which are returned by a customer to the brand or its authorised online/offline retailer within the varied return periods due to certain reasons like – Not liked the colour, Not liked the looks, or sometimes just because of a mind change.
  • The products under this category are very minimally used.
  • These products are purchased by Minte from the brand or its authorised online/offline retailers and post a 72 Point Comprehensive Stringent Quality Check, these products are properly shrink wrapped with the original brand box (box might be in a damaged condition sometimes for which Minte will not entertain any return/refund/replacement request), with the original accessories (in case original accessories are missing in the box at the time of its purchase by Minte from the brand or its authorised online/offline retailers, Minte ensures to send compatible accessories) tested under supervision of our expert Service Engineers and Quality Inspectors.
  • The products under this category are already used, as stated above, and thus might carry some visible signs of usage like dents or scratches, these cosmetic wear and tear is normal in this category and thus can’t be cited a reason for return or refund or replacement.
  • The products sold under this category carry 06 Months Seller Warranty powered by Minte, the warranty period starts from the date of delivery to customer. The warranty doesn’t entitle any customer to claim any refund or replacement for the product under any circumstances. Refund will ONLY be initiated if Minte fails to service the handset within 30 days of return receipt however Minte always tries to service the handsets on top priority. Warranty doesn’t entertain any kind of physical damage or liquid damage or any kind of cosmetic damage, only the manufacturing defects or malfunctioning of the handset will be rectified. Battery, Earphone, Data Cable or any other accessory will not be covered in the warranty. To avail the warranty, customer needs to call Minte Customer Care at 18008332333, and as per directions given by our representative, customer will have to visit any of the Minte Authorized Service Center with original invoice provided by Minte to each customer along with the product at the time of delivery, without invoice no service can be given at all. In case there is no Authorised Service Center in customer area (applicable area considered to be within a radius of 100kms from customer delivery location), Minte will entitle a reverse pick up and do the service, all the service pick up requests and formalities are to be followed strictly as per Ebay policies.

  • The products under this category are already used, the period of usage can’t be defined.
  • These products are purchased by Minte from the brand or its authorised online/offline retailers and post a 72 Point Comprehensive Stringent Quality Check and, if required, Complete Refurbishing by Authorised and Qualified Service Engineers , these products are properly shrink wrapped with the green coloured Minte box (box might be in a damaged condition sometimes), with a compatible data cable and charger point (no earphone will be provided) under supervision of our expert Service Engineers and Quality Inspectors. Please note that in any case the products under this category doesn’t come with brand box and accessories at all.
  • The products under this category are used, as stated above, and thus might carry some visible signs of usage like dents or scratches, these cosmetic wear and tear is normal in this category and thus can’t be cited a reason for return or refund or replacement.

  • Where can I get my phone serviced in case of problem:
    • Scenario 1) if product is sold with Manufacturing Warranty, buyer can get the service from local service network of manufacturer. The process will be same as new product.
    • Scenario 2) if product is sold with Seller warranty, buyer will have to approach seller for any issue and send product to sellers place and seller will help for repair / sellers service center network. same will be mentioned on the product description page.
