A Contemporary Designed Functional Cake Server named 'Paris'.


Designed by Tamar Ben David for Serafino Zani in 2003. An Italian Homeware Design House famed for fashionable and quality table and kitchen wares.


The Paris collection has been conceived to ensure a firm grip on the handles to be perfectly held by hands with its uncommonly wide handles.


18/10 stainless steel, high-quality heavy weight stainless steel, polished mirror finish.

Tamar Ben David


Born in Tel Aviv. She studied Industrial Design in Jerusalem at Bezalel Academy graduating in 1987. In 1988 she moved to Milan, Italy, where she worked in many areas - lighting, product design and furniture - for variety design and architecture studios.


In 1994, she set up her own professional activity. For furniture and tableware, she worked for Alias, Covo, Molteni, Serafino Zani, Ycami & Zanotta. She has taught at Domus Academy of Milan & Bezalel Academy of Jerusalem.

In collaboration with Domus Academy & Philips she was a member of a workshop treating symbiosis metropolis “Agronica”.

Serafino Zani


The Serafino Zani family is originated in Lumezzane locating in the Italian province of Brescia and is notable for its metalwork in Europe since fifteen century. Over the centuries, the in-depth knowledge of the processing of steel has been representing the heritage of the residents in the sub-alpine valleys to the north of Brescia.


Bernardo Zani established the first stainless-steel workshop with his family and started to produce various kinds of stainless steel vessel in 1912.


In 1936, when Serafino Zani was 18 years old, he joined his father's workshop as apprentice and learned the metal fabrication skills from his father.


After 30 years of investigation and innovation, he took the family business to the new heights and established the first mechanized factory in 1963. Taking up the mission of manufacturing exquisite and high quality products in Lumezzane, the mechanized factory started to produce a good assortment of stainless-steel kitchenware and tableware which then led the family business into the mechanization era.


In order to commemorate the contribution of Serafino Zani to the Zani family, Zani family made Serafino Zani the logo of family products. Adhering to the spirit of Artisan, Roberto Zani who was the third generation of inheritor adopted design and aesthetic as the vital elements of the family products. Through the continued research and development, the company's prod uctbeca me world renowned and rewarded with many prestigious and represented prizes such as Design Plus of Frankfurt, Red Dot Award, Good Design Award etc., making Serafino Zani the top and world's leading kitchenware brand.


Serafino Zani has entered its first 100 years in 2012, infusing four essential elements which are crafts, quality, innovation and design into its products. Adhering to the design philosophy of "culinary art", Serafino Zani pays attention to every procedure and product and keeps introducing elegant kitchenware and tableware with high quality and unique appearance.


Serafino Zani insists on not only the product but also the concept of the brand and participates actively in the social welfare activities. The company has built an Astronomical Observatory on Mount San Bernardo and created a musical association providing free music courses to students in Lumezzane. "Developing the enterprise, contributing to the society" is also the vital core value of Zani Family.


Now, Pietro Zani, the fourth generation of inheritor, will pass down the 600 years' precious heritage of Lumezzane and share it with everyone in the world.
