We usually ship our goods within 5 working days after receiving cleared payments. In special cases where the goods are back ordered, it may take 1-2 weeks for completion. In this case, we will send you e-mail to notify the situation. Please e-mail us with date needed, and we will always try our best to accommodate your requirements. We ship via United States Postal Service. Please let us know if you prefer some other carrier. Please note that any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
We want you to be satisfied when purchasing our products. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.
Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 30% discount on the same replacement item.
Smart Stitch offers variety of products with/without embroidery or heat transfer. We have more than 20,000 stock emboidery ready to be used on your choice of apparels and the accessories such as bags, towels, blankets and so on. Should you have any designs or products which are not in our listing, please e-mail us and we will list them for you.
Should you need any logos to be converted to embroidery, we can also quote you the price.
We also do volume customized embroidery designs for logos with minimal additional cost for start up. However, we would waive the set up charge if the order is 24 pieces or more.
