I have intentionally taken as many photos as ebay allows and listed all damage because we box these parts up immediately after listing and relocate them to shipping part of warehouse.  They will not be reopened.

These are used parts and thus will have scratches and blemishes consistent with their age and use.

No returns on used parts unless specified in listing.

.  IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM DAMAGED YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE CARRIER (FEDEX OR UPS) SO THAT THEY MAY BE AWARE OF THE DAMAGED SHIPMENT AND ADDRESS IT IMMEDIATELY. YOU MUST NOTIFY THEM WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT and IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY THEM WITHIN THESE 3 BUSINESS DAYS YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGES AND THE COST OF REPLACING THE PART!!! 

There are no returns or exchanges on any special order items or any electrical components or parts, used parts, chemicals, manuals, or tools.  No Exceptions!  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Item cancellations may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee. If the item(s) have been ordered from the factory this 20% fee will apply.  If a part is sold as used and is not tested by B.A. Wolfe PowerSports then we do not guarantee that part.  We will refund your money including shipping costs if you receive your used parts in non-working condition and they are returned within (15) fifteen days.  By using this Ebay store and Ebay's site you agree to Ebay and B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries' terms and conditions. 

All return claims of any kind must be returned to B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries within (15) fifteen days of receipt of the product(s). If B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries does not receive the products in the allotted time period, we cannot issue credit for those product(s).
Once you have received a Return Authorization number, attach the Return Authorization Form with the Return Authorization number it to the outside of box. If the Return Authorization Form, with a valid Return Authorization number, is not on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned to you. 

Each item must be returned in its new, original, unused, undamaged condition with no marks on the original packaging, with all tags, manufacturers’ labels, documentation and protective covers intact. The manufacturers will not accept damaged packaging from B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries.  Damaged packaging may void your return and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost. All returns are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, or improper packaging. It is the sole discretion of B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries to provide replacement, issue a credit, or return the item to you. 

In the event of a damaged or defective item B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries must be notified within (3) three days of your receipt of the item by email, fax or phone. Damaged return claims must be returned to B.A. Wolfe PowerSports Industries within (10) ten days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a brief but accurate description of the damage to the item.  Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact item without exception.  If you ordered the wrong item or the apparel you ordered does not fit, exchanges are welcome. Apparel may be exchanged for the 20% restocking fee so make sure you have the right size the first time you order! Shipping charges back to us will be the customer's responsibility. Hard parts may also be exchanged, but for a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
