We accept PayPal payment for our auctions. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction end date and time. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us and we will try our best to work with you within reason. Items won but not paid within the allotted time are subject to cancellation and will be relisted. Some items are available locally for sale. Although rare if purchased locally before auction end they may be removed from auction.
We gladly offer combined shipping discounts for SIMILAR ITEMS purchased and paid under the same invoice. Shipping discount will be as follows: 1st item - full rate, each additional item ships for only 0.75, we also offer special rates on larger quantities but please contact us first to make these arrangements. Please notify us of your intent to bid or purchase multiple items. Do not pay the single item invoice; request a total which will reflect the shipping discount. We charge actual shipping charges plus a small packaging and handling fee for each item we ship. We ship using USPS First Class Mail. Thank you
We gladly accept returns within 14 days for items which are described incorrectly. Sorry we are unable to offer refunds for buyer remorse. You will offer an EXCHANGE for the same pin if the problem is on our end that is as long as the same pin is available. If not we will handle on a case by case basis to offer a substitute of equal value or a refund, not to include shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for return postage with delivery confirmation. All Sales are Final, unless otherwise indicated.
