Sales Tax

• Illinois residents will incur Illinois sales tax at 7.75%
• If you arrange for your own shipping from out of state, your item is not tax exempt.

Payment

• Payment is due within three (3) days after auction close.

Shipping

•  DO NOT BID if you have not received a shipping quote from us unless you plan to pickup the item yourself. We will not willingly cancel a transaction for you because you bid before you found out the shipping charges involved. Once you bid/purchase an item, you are entering into a contract through eBay to complete the transaction.
  
• No International Shipping
• We will ship to the Continental United States ONLY.
• We can offer to deliver this item within 100 miles from zip 60102 for an additional charge. Pick-up/shipping must be arranged within seven (7) days after auction. If item requires to be palletized, we can provide this at an additional charge of $50-$200 depending on size of item. Item is located in a warehouse with a truck height dock.
• Shipping by Freight Truck:  When an item arrives to you, it will be on the end of a truck only. The freight company does not bring a lift gated truck. If you need a lift gated truck, tell us, because that involves additional charges. The freight companies charge different rates
if it is a Business or Residential Delivery. If you need a shipping quote, email us with all of the necessary information along with your Zip Code. Please include your phone number in case we need to call you.   The freight companies have fees for phone calls & re-delivery's . Once a shipment has been shipped, the freight company will not call you, they will deliver. If there are any special circumstances on the order, it is your responsibility to tell us before an order ships.
• We will email you pictures of your palletized item prior shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect before singing for and accepting. If your item arrives in any condition other than what is shown to you in the pictures, reject it. We will then be able to file a claim with the carrier and refund your money.
