MEASURING GUIDE We sell two types of curtains, pencil pleat and eyelet all of which come packaged as a pair, fully lined and ready to hang. The sizes stated are width first then the drop for each curtain without gather. To ensure you choose the right type and size of curtain for your window we have provided some key guidelines to follow. MEASURING THE WIDTH If fitting a new pole or track we recommend that you position it approximately 6" (15cm) above the window and either side of your window. As a general guide the curtains should be a minimum of one and a half times the size of your track/pole width. This will provide you with sufficient fullness. MEASURING THE DROP All our curtains are available in three standard drops which are 54"(137cm), 72" (183cm) and 90"(228cm). Please refer to the following points whilst measuring the drop. To Window Sill – Measure total drop minus approx 0.75" (1.5cm). To Floor – Measure total drop minus approx 0.75" (1.5cm). Below Window Sill- We advise that you finish 6" (15cm) below window sill. For Pencil Pleat curtains measure drop from bottom of pole or top of track For Eyelet curtains (suitable for poles only) measure from 1.25" (3cm) above pole. CARE INSTRUCTIONS We recommend that all lined curtains are dry cleaned. Please be aware that with all washable fabrics a 5% shrinkage may occur.
