 If you do not receive your item , PLEASE CHECK FIRST AT YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY OFFICE if they have the item. PLEASE note ANY CLAIM FOR NON RECEIPT is passed to our rep at the Royal Mail NRI and FRAUD DEPARTMENT WHERE YOUR NAME IS ADDED TO A DATABASE each time you claim.

 We DO NOT send a replacement item OR refund straight away. You will receive the compensation as soon as it is processed with Royal Mail . All claims will be followed up as quickly as possible,we cannot file a claim before 15 days after postage.
