Also listed by Ernst Gerber in his Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books 

as "may not exist". 

In older editions of the Overstreet price guide the existence of this book was questioned as well

(as shown in the pic below).

Overall Solid copy of a tough book. Cover and centerfold are secure.
