You will receive postal discount for multiple purchases. To receive this discount please pay for all your items at the same time though Ebay checkout, as it's an automated process.

Any non-payment issues will be reported to Ebay in the first instance.

Shipping

Items will be shipped the same working day that payment is made/cleared so you can't get any faster that that!

Your item will be beautifully wrapped in tissue and then in gold/silver packaging or a box depending upon the size --- it will be a pleasure to receive!!

Please ensure that you have chosen the correct delivery service for your item --- It's your choice but it's worth paying a little extra for the best service to fully protect your beautiful garment!

UK DELIVERY --  If the garment value is over £36 then it is highly recommended that you opt for the SPECIAL DELIVERY postage option as this will fully insure your garment up to £500 and ensure NEXT DAY DELIVERY; a fantastic guaranteed service!

OVERSEAS DELIVERY --  It's advisable to opt for the 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR' Airmail option as this will track your item in transit, ensure faster delivery and will require a signature upon delivery to you.

RETURN POLICY

 In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations, a 14 day cooling off period is permitted on all Uk BUY IT NOW purchases.

MOST IMPORTANT-- Due to the delicate nature of the fabric of the garments, this returns policy is NOT a 'try before you buy' option; therefore if you wish to return your item, please ensure that all garments are unopened in their original sealed wrapping with the SECURITY SEAL labels still intact --- This is most important as any items that have been removed from their Security Sealed wrapping will be strictly non-returnable. This safeguards all my new and loyal customers from buying items which may have been previously returned/handled, and consequently not in the same new condition; all YorkshireDresser customers like to buy with the knowledge that their purchases are Brand New and pristine, so this guarantee of quality will continue.

If you wish to return your unopened/sealed item for refund, you have 7 days from the date of receipt of delivery in which to notify YorkshireDresser of your intention to return. Please email me through the 'Contact Seller' button on the item listing page ---YOU MUST INFORM YORKSHIRE DRESSER OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN YOUR ITEM IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. Any items must be returned to YorkshireDresser by fully insured SPECIAL DELIVERY POST at the Post Office (to the address on the enclosed business card) which gives you a proof/guarantee of delivery.

Upon receipt, YorkshireDresser will fully inspect the packaged item and if the garment remains Security Sealed inside, refund your initial item costs back via the method in which you initially paid (Post Office postage is non-refundable).

Any items that appear to have been worn/opened/ damaged/tampered with or the Security Seals broken will be returned to the customer with no refund. Please remember these items are checked for flaws and photographed thoroughly prior to despatch.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATION OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND/OR TEXT IS PROHIBITED UNDER THE 'EBAY ITEM DESCRIPTION AND PICTURE THEFT' POLICY. Each garment is checked for perfection -- upon initial purchase, again whilst being photographed and also whilst being packaged to the customer; zips are also checked to run smoothly. If on the very rare occasion a flaw were overlooked, you would be notified in the first instance and the item would be refunded immediately, prior to posting.

MEASUREMENTS

 YorkshireDresser personally measures each garment and provides the full measurements on the item listing to ensure that you obtain the best fit possible prior to purchase. If you have any questions regarding fit/shape/stretch of garments then please contact me before purchase and I can help with this. Although you have the item measurements please bear I mind your own personal fit; a UK14 lady who?s 5ft tall will not have the same fit as a Uk14 lady who?s 6ft tall, so this must be left to your own discretion as to whether the garment is the right style for you ? YorkshireDresser cannot be held responsible or offer returns based upon fit/sizing; I do endeavor to provide as much information as possible to help you made an informed decision prior to purchase.

PHOTOGRAPHS

 All garment photographs on YorkshireDresser are taken with the utmost accuracy and attention to detail, with the truest possible likeness to the colour of the actual garment.

Due to the varying colour settings on different computer screens, YorkshireDresser WILL NOT accept returns based upon the garment colour appearing different on a third-party's computer screen. Long periods are spent ensuring a true likeness at source, and is therefore beyond YorkshireDresser's control and responsibility.
