We are happy to accept most items for return up to seven days from purchase.

Media items
Items must be returned in an as new condition so that we can re-sell them. Damaged items will not be refunded.
We reccomend that you ensure the item has enough insurance to cover damage in post.
Items that qualify for our no cost 7 day return scheme will be marked as such. For other items we can arrange collection if needed: This is charged at £12.50 / box according to parcelforce sizes and dimensions. Surcharges will apply in line with Parcelforce's zonal pricing. Return carriage must be paid for in advance. |
